Hi Joanna, to start off with, could you tell us abit about yourself and how you first became involved with this company?
I was getting married for the second time and wanted some fun sexy lingerie and toys for the wedding night, but was put off by unattractive sex shops. I decided to go online thinking that would be easier but that was a big mistake - 1000's of internet sex shops all selling the same thing with hardly any information. I thought that if I feel this way about shopping for sex toys and lingerie, perhaps other women are feeling it too. Late in the 1990's I created my first online adult store and Party Plan company, it was very successful. This business was sold many years later and I relocated to Australia. After a good look around, I realised that the exact same issues were here too, and without a second glance, Slick Kitty's Dildo Emporium was born.

The best business advice I was given was always know out of every dollar you make, how much is profit. It sounds so simple, but in reality if you cannot name how much profit you make on every dollar that you sell, then you need to find out and quick.
